Sleep Number

Taking on the exciting challenge of reaching a new audience for Sleep Number, Blue Duck Agency was tasked with developing a new mover acquisition marketing strategy. Leveraging decades of collective experience in the new mover marketing space, the campaigns used a powerful strategy that included A/B testing of creative formats, messaging approaches, and offer positioning. An engaging email follow-up was also implemented and supported testing around Sleep Number’s 600+ nationwide store locations.

These campaigns were strategically structured to optimize the acquisition of movers, a life-stage audience eager to try new brands and switch loyalties, and successfully brought in a higher AOV compared to the average new customer.
